None appears for the Petitioner despite our order dated 16.09.2022 where we had made the following observation:

"3. It is made absolutely clear that on the next date, if there is no representation from the petitioner, this Court will be persuaded to pass an order for non-prosecution."

Since there is no representation today, we have been left with no other alternative, but to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution. According, it is ordered.

This writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
