1.

This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2.

On oral prayer of the learned counsel for the Petitioner he is permitted to add the informant as Opposite Party No.2. Necessary incorporation be made in the court today.

3.

Issue notice to the newly added Opposite Party No.2 by registered post with A.D. fixing a short returnable date. Requisites for issue of notice be filed by Wednesday (28.09.2022). 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to serve extra copies of the bail application on the learned counsel appearing for the State within three working days for its service on the Opposite Party No.2.

On receipt of the same, learned counsel for the State would do well to transmit the same to the I.I.C. of the concerned Police Station for its service on the informant.

On their appearance on the next date and on their consent the

// 2 // matter shall be referred to the Orissa High Court Mediation Centre for amicable settlement of dispute between the parties through the mechanism of mediation.

List this matter in the week commencing from 17th October, 2022.

As an interim, it is directed that the Petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with Bhadrak Rural P.S.Case No.475 of 2022 corresponding to G.R.Case No.2443 of 2022 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak till the next date. 9.
