Heard Mr. Ghadei, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.K.Parhi, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India for Odisha and Mr.U.C.Mohanty, learned counsel representing National Highway Authorities.

During course of hearing, Mr.Parhi as well as Mr. Mohanty submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy under Section34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 vis-à-vis the impugned order under Annexure-1.

In such background, Mr. Ghadei wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of.
