1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 28th September, 2022.

2. It appears that in the first line of paragraph 1 of the aforementioned order, it has inadvertently been typed 'Annexure-1 series' instead of 'Annexure-4 series'. Accordingly, the said order is modified in the following manner:

"1. The Petitioners' representations under Annexure4 series shall be examined by the Collector (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Party No.6, and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 9th February, 2023 and be made available to the parties within a week

thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms."

3. The application is disposed of in the above terms. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. The corrected order be uploaded forthwith.
