1. Mr. Arun Kumar Patra, learned counsel for the Petitioner informs the Court that the date for considering the recommendation of the Collector, Cuttack by the Government is 7th November, 2022. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said decision if it is adverse to the Petitioner.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
