1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner was serving as a Level-IV teacher and was deployed to the post of CRCC at South Cluster from Elementary School Teacher (LevelV) by the officer of the Block Education Officer, Jeypore. He has been aggrieved by the reversal to the parent post after three years.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner cannot claim for any vested right for the said posting on deputation.

5. In such view of the matter, since the petitioner is not aggrieved by any kind of financial loss or promotional avenues, hence his grievance is totally misconceived.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. (Dr. S.K. Panigrahi) Judge SD
