2. Accordingly, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file application in case of any cause of fresh cause of action arises upon lodging of F.I.R. in connection with the present case.

3. The ABLAPL is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
