This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "To direct the opp. parties particularly opp. party no.3 & 5 to extend the benefit of Grade Pay of Rs. 2,000/- from the date of regularization i.e.2.6.2014 of the petitioner as the same benefit has been extended to other candidates in W.P.(C ) No.6713 of 2020 disposed of on 25.2.2020, W.P.(C ) No.13296 of 2020 disposed of on 10.6.2020 and W.P.(C ) No.40745 of disposed of on 24.12.2021 under Annexure-4 series within a reasonable time as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.5 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

5. Considering the submissions made and without

// 2 // expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.5 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and taking into account Annexures-5 & 6 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
