The Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 11th July, 2022 (Annexure-6 series) passed by learned Senior Civil Judge (LR & LTV), Jharsuguda in C.S. No.39 of 2020, whereby he allowed an application under Order XIV Rule 5 C.P.C. by framing additional issues.

In course of hearing, Mr. Udgata, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the CMP seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4.

Granting such liberty, this CMP is disposed of as withdrawn.

Certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-6 series be returned to learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.
