This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to pass a decree of divorce on mutual consent in C.P. No.671 of 2022 by waiving the cooling off period.

In course of hearing, Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly concedes that no application to waive the cooling off period has been filed before learned Family Court. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to pursue his remedy before learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
