Heard Mr. N. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to evict him from his land. 4.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in possession of his own land, but after demarcation the opposite parties are trying to evict him from his land. 5.

In view of the above prayer made by the petitioner, it is open to him to approach the appropriate common law forum by ventilating his grievance.
