At the outset, Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for contemnor/opposite party submits that the order dated 17th June, 2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.14139 of 2022 stands duly complied with as upon receipt of enquiry report submit by Revenue Inspector, Naikudi, encroachment cases have been initiated against Sri Chittaranjan Baug, Manoranjan Baug, Gyanaranjan Baug and Niranjan Baug who have encroached the Government land vide Khata No.275, Plot No.441, Kisam-Gochar, Area-0.02 dec(out of 0.69) and dug a pond over the said land.

In response, it is agreed by learned counsel for both the parties that the present Contempt Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
