ORDER

1. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the objections submitted by the inhabitants of N-5 Nayapali locality to the Collector and District Magistrate, Khurda on 20th September, 2022 for shifting the IMFL 'ON' shop in question has not been considered.

2. Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, the learned Addl. Government Advocate states that if the objections have been filed within the time stipulated, the same will be considered and disposed of in a time bound manner, as provided.

3. In view of the above submissions, it is directed that the Collector and District Magistrate, Khurda, the Opposite Party No.3 will examine the above mentioned objections and dispose of the same, if not already disposed of, in accordance with law not later than 1st

December, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

4. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
