This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 1.

The Petitioner claims that there is willful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 7th March, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 5141 of 2022 as Tahasildar, Keonjhar has totally misconceived the provision while declining the request of the Petitioner in terms of the direction passed by this Court. 2.

We have perused the memo dated 22nd September, 2022 at Annexure-3, whereby Tahasildar, Keonjhar by relying on the statutory provision has held that the concept of right to refusal for earlier lessee to continue after the expiry of the lease period is not available in the case of stone quarry mining lease, which is a minor mineral under the State Govt.

In any case no willful disobedience is made out. The Petitioner is at liberty to seek his available remedy in accordance with law.
