This application has been filed for modification/correction of the order dated 22.08.2022. 3.

Considering the petition averments and upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioners, the name of the Court, i.e., "J.M.F.C., Jaleswar" as typed in the 8th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 22.08.2022 be corrected as "N.G.N.-cumJ.M.F.C., Bhograi". Necessary correction in the order dated 22.08.2022. 3.

In view of the above correction, time period for surrender of the Petitioners in the court below is extended by four weeks with effect from today.
