This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual / Physical) Mode.

Heard Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. J. Katikia, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate for the State. 3.

The girl (victim) is stated to have been recovered in the meantime, but she is put up in a short-stay home by the police authorities, because the parents of the girl did not want to take her to their custody after her recovery, as submitted by Mr. J. Katikia, learned A.G.A.

Vide order dated 31st January, 2022, this Court had directed Mr. J. Katikia, learned A.G.A. to talk to the victim girl and take instruction whether she is interested to go to her parents. 5.

Mr. Katikia submits that he talked to the victim girl and she is interested to go to her parents.

Accordingly, we dispose of this Writ Petition directing the competent authorities to hand over the victim girl safely in the custody of the Petitioner (father of the victim girl) within two weeks from today.

The WPCRL is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. ........................
