Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves a wrong preparation of Record of Right, contrary to the decision of the competent authority in disposal of O.L.R. Case No.58 of 2012. On perusal of the order quoted in paragraph-7 and recording the same in Annexure-6 in preparation of Record of Right appears to be contrary to the direction of the competent authority.

Keeping this in view and after involving both sides, this Court disposing of the Writ Petition observes in the event Petitioner makes an application to the Tahasildar, Nilagiri- Opposite Party No.4 along with certified copy of 8(A) order herein, the Tahasildar shall do well in making necessary correction in the Record of Right and supply the certified copy of the Record of Right by completing the entire exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
