2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the following paragraph is added after paragraph-2 in the order dated 28th September 2022 in W.P.(C) No.25484 of 2022:

"3. Needless to state the conditions imposed will be consistent with the orders passed by the National Green Tribunal in O.A. No.68 of 2020 and O.A. No.47 of 2016."

3. The order dated 28th September 2022 is modified to the above extent only. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
