Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed with a limited prayer in the present case for a direction to the learned court below to expedite hearing of the D.V. proceeding pending before it within a stipulated period in order to avoid harassment and any delay which is likely to be caused at the instance of opposite party No.2. 3.

Considering the above prayer, the CRLMC stands disposed of with a direction to the learned J.M.F.C.(City), Cuttack to ensure early disposal of D.V. C.M.C. No. 140/2022 pending before him preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
