This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.41 of 2021 arising out of Barbil P.S. Case No.13 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Barbil for alleged commission of offences under Sections 498-A/294/354-A/354-B/307/506/34, I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has earlier approached this Court by filing ABLAPL No.2089 of 2021 and the same was disposed of by order dated 16.03.2021.

It is seen that the no changed circumstances and similar prayer has also been made in ABLAPL No.2089 of 2021. Hence, no order needs to be passed.

Accordingly, the successive bail application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
