This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed vide order dated 11.05.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application. 3.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the money which was deposited in Petitioner's account has been transferred prior to the order was passed by this Court which was not within his knowledge when the matter was being argued and inadvertently a condition was incorporated in the order that the release of the Petitioner shall also be subject to the verification of the fact that the Petitioner has not withdrawn the money which was deposited in his account.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the condition imposed vide paragraph-11 of the
// 2 // aforesaid order dated 11.05.2022 is hereby waived. Further release of the Petitioner shall be subject to the Petitioner furnishing cash security of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs) in the name of the Court in seisin over the matter which shall be kept in an interest bearing account of the Nationalized Bank and the same shall be subject to the final outcome of the trial. In addition to the cash security, the Petitioner also furnish property security to the tune of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs) before Court in seisin over the matter.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the I.A. stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
