Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the respective parties.

Considering the difficulties faced by the litigants in the quasi-judicial side, this Court on hearing of the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management by order dated.19.10.2022 involving W.P.(C) No. 23779 of 2022 has given a plethora of direction required to be complied by the State Government in the involvement of Committees indicated therein. This Court hope and trust compliance of such direction.

This matter again appears to be a complaint against nondisposal/ long pendency of Mutation Case No. 7/2012 even after clear direction by the Competent Authority in R.P. No. 313/2011. 4.
Expressing its anxiety, this Court directs the Tahasildar Sadar, Cuttack (Opposite Party No. 4) to see the disposal of the Mutation Case No. 7/2012 in accordance with law within a period
// 2 // of two months from the date of communication of this order. In the event, there is no sufficiency of notice on the Opposite Party, if any, there is notice on such party by way of Special Messenger at the instance of the petitioner.
