This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 498-A/294/506/34, I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act. 4.

Considering the nature of the allegation, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, it is directed that, in the event of arrest in connection with Soro P.S. Case No.242 of 2014 corresponding to C.T. Case No.512 of 2014 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Soro, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
