The petitioner having been implicated in connection with Gop P.S. Case No.305 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.501 of 2020 registered for alleged commission of offence under sections 379, I.P.C. pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Konark has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials as placed as also other surrounding circumstances, this Court finds no such reason/justification to entertain this application

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed. Interim order passed on 20.11.2020 stands vacated.
