This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.12525 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 29.09.2022 granting bail to the petitioner. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the court has been inadvertently mentioned as "S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar" instead of "J.M.F.C.(I), Bhubaneswar", which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application. It is also submitted by leaned counsel for the petitioner that he may be allowed to make necessary corrections in Court today. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the cause title of the bail application in Court today.

Further, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that paragraph-7 may kindly be deleted and the petitioner may be extended another four weeks time to surrender before the leaned court below.

Considering the submission made, it is directed that paragraph-7 of the order dated 19.01.2023 be deleted, rest part of the order shall remain intact.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 29.09.2023 passed in ABLAPL No.12525 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
