This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that although he has filed representation challenging the appointment of Opposite Party No.4 on the basis of fake certificate, the Opposite Party no.2 , Collector, Jajpur is not taking any action.

Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation and a direction is given to the Collector, Jajpur to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated time 5.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ application with a direction to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation indicating therein his grievance along with all supporting document within two weeks from the date of

// 2 // production of certified copy of the order. In the event such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order and the decision taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter. 6.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. 8.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
