This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No.1314 of 2022 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar, arising out of Bellaguntha P.S. Case No.270 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 294/323/325/354/506/307/34 of IPC and is in custody since 08.09.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar by order dated 23.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits the injury report of the three injured persons. The same is taken on record.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injured have recovered and are leading a normal life and the injuries have been categorized as simple, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 8.
It is needless to state here that while releasing on bail learned Court shall fix such terms so as to ensure that the petitioners shall cooperate the ongoing investigation.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
