This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials on record including the report of the fact finding inquiry made by the Authority as indicated in the letter of instruction received by the learned Counsel for the State, when the Petitioner being under interim protection has cooperating with the investigation all-through as well as nature of accusations, further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with Cuttack CID P.S. Case No.16 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1611 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur, she shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper. 4.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
