Heard Mr. J.K. Panda, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. U.K. Sahoo, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

In course of hearing, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty for the petitioner to move appropriate application before the Competent Authority exercising power under Section-15 (B) of the O.S.S. Act. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn but however with liberty as prayed for. In the event, such proceeding is dropped, the authority shall do well in deciding the matter in accordance with law.
