This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.1083 of 2022 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar, arising out of Keonjhar Town P.S. Case No.222 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 379/411/34 of IPC and is in custody since 17.06.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned District & Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Keonjhar by order dated 19.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shows that the petitioner has been remanded because of his criminal proclivity. 6.

Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that stolen vehicle has been recovered in the meanwhile and charge sheet has been submitted, this Court directs

the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Keeping in view the criminal proclivity of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till conclusion of trial. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
