This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the records. 3.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 420,468,471, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the facts it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner by the Arresting Officer in connection with Jashipur P.S.Case No.221 of 2022, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer with further condition that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and appear before the I.O. as and when required,

// 2 // shall not indulge in similar nature of offence while on bail and shall appear before the trial court on each and every date fixed. 5.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
