This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the Petitioners seeking correction of the court name in paragraph-5 of the order dated 29.09.2022.

Considering the submission "S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar"

mentioned in 5th line of Paragraph-5 of the order dated 29.09.2022 be deleted and in its place "Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar" be inserted.

In view of the aforesaid correction, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 29.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees

// 2 // five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 5.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
