Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

This writ petition involves non-disposal of a complaint of the petitioner against his neighbour involving house construction creating inconvenience to the petitioner involved herein. In the disposal of writ petition, this Court directs opposite party no.4 to attain to the call of the petitioner through Anenxure-1 and take steps for disposal of the same giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the opposite party therein by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
