Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the respective parties.

The petitioners have intended to sell their shares. Since there is no consolidation operation going on, there is no necessity of seeking permission of the Competent Authority. The Competent Authority cannot deny for the sale of the admissible share of a person.

In this circumstance, this Court finds no representation of the petitioner for seeking permission of authority is required to be executed.

This Writ Petition sands disposed of.
