This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direct to the opposite parties to release the Retirement and Service Benefit of the Petitioner, i.e. Un-Utilized leave salary, Refund of GIC deposit, Sanction of pension, gratuity and commuted pension, along with the interest who was retire as a Forester, as deemed just and proper".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-5-Series to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.6 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.6 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this

// 2 // Court directs opposite party No.6 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
