This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Earlier the present Petitioner had approached this Court for bail vide ABLAPL No.1347 of 2019. However, the same was heard and disposed of on 03.04.2019 and the Petitioner was allowed to be released on anticipatory bail subject to the conditions that the Petitioner shall furnish cash security of rupees one lakh before the court in seisin over the matter within four weeks. However, it is stated by learned counsel for the Petitioner that she was not in a position to arrange the aforesaid amount of cash security imposed by this Court. Thereafter I.A. No.1448 of 2019 was filed seeking modification of the order dated 03.04.2019, but the same was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that now the Petitioner is ready and willing to comply with the said condition of furnishing cash security vide order dated 03.04.2019. 5.

Considering such submission, the order dated 03.04.2019 is hereby revived and the Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within two weeks from today. Subject to compliance of the condition of furnishing cash security of rupees one lakh, as directed by this Court vide order dated 03.04.2019, the Petitioner shall be released on bail. However, this order shall remain valid for a period of four weeks from today.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
