This application has been filed by the petitioners to implead District Education Officer, Gajapati as opposite party no.4 to the writ petition, to which learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department has raised no objection.

Considering the grounds stated in the petition and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, prayer for impletion of party is allowed. Petitioners are permitted to implead District Education Officer, Gajapati as opposite party no.4 to the writ petition.

Consolidated cause title filed in Court today be kept on record.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to enlist/add their names in the final gradation list of Level-V-B of Senior Teachers of Gajapati for promotion to the post of Level-IV graduate as subject teacher, within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already made representation before opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-7, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-5 and 6, to which learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-7 taking into consideration Annexures-5 and 6, and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
