Heard Mr. S.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. U.K. Sahoo, learned Additional Standing Counsel and Mr. D. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Cuttack Development Authority. 2.

There is no dispute in the Bar that the application for 3rd Party Transfer can be considered in accordance with law. 3.

However, considering that the petitioner has a pending application under Annexure-5 before the Secretary, Cuttack Development Authority (Opposite Party No.2), the Opposite Party No.2 is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law also keeping in view the observation of this Court in the disposal of the Writ Petition No. 31911 of 2020 in Order dated. 04.12.2020. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
