1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks to disburse the differential arrear salary as well as the current monthly salary in trained graduate scale of pay from the date of attaining the age of 48 years i.e. from 10.09.2008 on the basis of S.M.E. Department Resolution dated 18.02.2008 and letter No. 6259 dated 16.04.2010 as well as the Letter No. 1772 dated 11.01.2011 of the Director of Secondary, Education, Odisha as per order dated 24.11.2016 in W.P.(C) No. 18908 of 2013.

4. In view of such facts and circumstances, issue notice to the opposite parties.

5. Learned counsel for the State waives of notice on behalf of the opposite party Nos. 1, 2 & 3. Required number of copies of the Writ Petition be served on him within three working days hence, who shall obtain instructions in the matter and file reply.

6. So far as opposite party No.4 are concerned, issue notice to him through Registered Post with A.D./Speed Post. Post requisites shall be filed within two working days hence.
