This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 498-A/294/323/307/506/34, I.P.C. & Section 4 of D.P.Act. 4.

Considering the seriousness of the allegation, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, it is directed that, in the event of arrest in connection with Bharatpur P.S. Case No.392 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.5859 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer shall deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
