Statutory appeal being available under Section 58 of the O.L.R. Act, writ petition is not entertainable at this stage.
Grounds whatever raised herein can very well be agitated and adjudicated by the appellate authority. Provided petitioner files an appeal within a period of seven days hence and his application for interim protection is taken up within further seven days, status quo as on date in respect of the disputed property shall be maintained for a period of three weeks.
