1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-3) shall be examined by Opposite Party No.2, i.e., The Branch Manager, Diptipur Branch State Bank of India, Bargarh and a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st March, 2023. The said order be communicated to the Petitioner within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view on the matter.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
