It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the State that in the meantime, case has been registered and further submits that the petitioner has already been noticed under Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In such view of the matter, the ABLAPL is not maintainable and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
