Heard Mr.T. Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.K.Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel for the StateOpposite Parties. 3.
The Present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the process of selection initiated against the Petitioner in the year 2013.

Mr. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel for the State submitted that there is no interim order passed by the learned Tribunal while issuing notice of the matter and the in meantime process of selection has already been completed. 5.
In view of the above, the prayer as made in the Writ Petition cannot be allowed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
