03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking compliance of the order dtd.04.12.2017 passed in O.A. No. 1327(C) of 2016 by the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. It is submitted that instead of complying the said order the Opp. Parties approached this Court challenging the said order in W.P.(C) No. 23626 of 2019 and the said writ petition was dismissed by this Court vide order dtd.05.08.2022. In spite of such dismissal of the matter by this Court by confirming the order passed by the learned Tribunal, the order passed on 04.12.2017 is yet to be complied with.

4. In view of such position, this Court while disposing the Contempt Petition grants further one month time to the Opp. Parties-Contemnors to comply with the order dtd.04.12.2017, otherwise it will be treated as deliberate violation of this Court's order.

5. The contempt petition is disposed of.
