This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:
" The Petitioner therefore, humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, issue a Rule Nisi calling upon the opposite Parties to show cause to why for correction of the account slip for the year 1998-1999 and 1999-2000 and from April 2000 to July 2000 and credit the same amount into the G.P.F. Account of the Petitioner and issue the final payment of the closing amount of the Petitioner with the interest @ 12% forthwith, if the Opposite Parties failed to show cause or shown insufficient cause the rule may be made absolute against the opposite parties.
A N D May pass any other appropriate direction(s)/order(s) as this Hon'ble Court considers may deem just and proper." 4.
In course of hearing of the writ application, learned counsel for
// 2 // the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner ventilating his grievance has submitted representation before the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Odisha, Opposite Party No.4 on 07.02.2022 under Annexure4. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending as of now. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-4 within a stipulated period of time. 5.
Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.4, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioners, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-4 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-4 by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The financial benefit as is due and admissible be released in favour of the Petitioner, if there is no legal impediment, within a month thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
