Heard Ms. Sarita Panda, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner.

It is submitted that the present Writ Petition though was filed challenging show cause notice issued under Annexure-7, but in the meantime the Petitioner has been removed from service vide order dated 22.08.2019 and the said removal of service is under challenge before this Court in W.P.(C) No.17816 of 2019.

In view of the same, the prayer made in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.
