Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direct the opp. parties to treat the petitioner as regular staff nurse w.e.f. 26.9.2003 with all service benefits including pension and GPF covering her under pre amended OCS (Pension) Rules, 1992 and GPF Rules w.e.f the said date keeping in view the order of the learned OAT dtd.25.9.2014 and copies of implementation orders dtd.8.6.2016 as at Annexures-5 and 6 series and implementation order dtd.13.06.2022 in the case of Nirupama Pal as at Annexure-7".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-10 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, she prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Annexures-5, 6, 7 & 8Series within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
