Heard Mr. Abhisekh Mohanty, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned State Counsel appearing for opposite party no.1; Mr. S. Udgata, learned counsel appearing for opposite parties no.2 and 3; and Mr. S. Palit, learned Senior Counsel appearing for opposite party no.4. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to WPC (OAC) No.3050 of 2018 (Subidita Nanda and another v. State of Odisha and others) and WPC (OAC) No.3051 of 2018 (Sudhir Kumar Mahanta and another v. State of Odisha and others), which were disposed of, vide order dated 08.03.2022 by this Court. Therefore, it is contended that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order, to which learned counsel appearing for the respective opposite parties have raised no objection. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 08.03.2022 passed by this Court in WPC (OAC) No.3050 of 2018 (Subidita Nanda and another v. State of Odisha and others) and WPC (OAC) No.3051 of 2018 (Sudhir Kumar
