Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to issue Rule NISI calling upon the opp. party to show cause to show cause as to why the representation under Annexure-3 shall not be considered within a stipulated time in order to facilitate the distributor of LPG in the locality of Brahmabarada Gram Panchayat and why the petitioner shall not be appointed as a distributor of LPG for Brahmabarada G.P. under RGGLV Scheme and in the interest of justice;

And pass such further order(s) as may deemed fit and proper. And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall, as in duty bound ever pray."

Since the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Anenxure-3 is still pending before the Regional Chief Officer, HPCL-opposite party, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party to consider the request of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take decision, as appropriate, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
